Approach

  1. Goal Setting: in our initial nutrition assessment, we will go through a series of nutrition and lifestyle questions, and begin personalized goal setting.

  2. Habit Formation: during our weekly or monthly check-ins, we will adjust your goals and nutrition plan as necessary. We’ll explore successes, challenges, and techniques to overcome them on the road to habit formation.

  3. Lasting Healthy Lifestyle Change: we’ll consider additional aspects of well-being to help you feel your best - physical activity, sleep, stress, and social support. We will share relevant research for long-term success.

Meet Jenna

Healthy Habits Nutrition Founder Jenna (Koroly) Crowley has been working in the weight management field since 2017. She is a Certified Specialist in Obesity and Weight Management (CSOWM), and completed her training at Teacher’s College, Columbia University. She has worked at weight management programs in Manhattan and Boston. In her free time, Jenna enjoys running and spending time with her dog Chancey.
